In addition to reviewing the implementation of decisions made during previous meetings, the committee developed practical short- and medium-term strategies to address the identified challenges and improve overall departmental performance.

During the meeting, the Hospital Director emphasized the critical role of the Emergency Department, stating that improving emergency performance indicators remains a strategic priority and that close collaboration among all clinical teams is essential to restore these indicators to the desired standard.
